Presented by Marilyn Phillips and Friends

Marilyn Phillips OAM is delighted to present the second concert of the 2023 Royal Schools Music Club. Marilyn is well known for her tireless work to foster a love of music in the Western Australian community

Featured soloists are:

Zoe Lancaster (soprano) who was awarded the ROSL Entrance Scholarship in 2020 for classical music, and the Haselhurst Scholarship in 2021.

Ruth Burke (mezzo-soprano) is a member of the West Australian Opera Chorus. In 2022 Ruth was awarded the Opera Lovers Aria prize, the 2022 Royal Overseas League Art Song prize, and the Fremantle Eisteddfod Opera Prize. These three singers are past and present students of the WA Academy of Performing Arts.

This concert will truly display their personalities and vocal versatility.
